CONDOMINIUMS AND TOWNHOMES

Condominium inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of the building systems and components within a condominium unit.

Common elements are not included in the inspection since they are covered by the development association and technical audit performed by the condominium corporation and these areas have a shared responsibility among all unit owners.

The inspection includes evaluating and testing the functionality of all major systems and components of the unit and major appliances. The inspection and written report with pictures provide the critical information needed to make an informed and intelligent decision.

SINGLE FAMILY AND MULTI-FAMILY

Single and multi-family inspections are the comprehensive evaluation of the building exterior components, i.e. roof, exterior cladding, landscape, etc., along with all the major systems and components within the house.

The inspection includes evaluating and testing the functionality of major systems, components, and major appliances. A written report with pictures will be provided so you can make an informed and intelligent decision

NEW CONSTRUCTION

These inspections are handled in a similar fashion as regular home inspection, inspecting all areas, but inspection is focused on creating a “punch list” of items to be completed by the builder prior to closing.
